Stories Between Pictures and Words: Family Creation Experiment as part of the exhibition
See Through
In this one hour workshop families will work as a team to explore a mix of materials in investigating the ways artists use writing and pictures to construct stories. Looking at the work on view of Mollie Hosmer-Dillard and Scott Alario,families will utilize a mix of paint, text, and projected images to draw out their own narratives.
The workshop will be lead by Andrew Oesch, an artist eductor who currently works with The RISD Museum of Art, New Urban Arts, City Arts, and The Providence Comics Consortium.
$5-15 sliding scale per family.
3-8 year olds with accompanying adult
